Colton Collection – Apothecary Collections

Our inspiration for the Wildwood Collection stems from the sweet and peaceful feelings evoked in nature. Hiking trails, Adirondack great camps, and warm starry nights helped us develop the unique flavors of combining Northern New York tree saps with Premium Fair Trade Belgian Chocolate.


Maple
New York State pure maple syrup is not only high in antioxidants, but offers nutrients like riboflavin, zinc, magnesium, calcium and potassium. As a good source of both zinc and manganese, which play a key role in strengthening the immune system, these maple truffles are a superfood gift to the health conscious chocolate lover.


Birch
Birch sap, a traditional tonic in Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland and elsewhere in Northern Europe as well as parts of northern China is now finding a cult following in The United States. With restorative and detoxifying properties, the traditional virtues of birch and its efficient removal of toxic substances from the liver and kidneys have been known and appreciated for ages. We take New York State birch syrup blended with our traditional ganache to create an alchemy of sweet wellness.
